STORAGE CONDITIONS (CLOSED PACKAGES): Best stored between +10oC and +26oC unopened. Keep away from heat, sunlight and odour sources. Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 weeks. Don’t freeze. And once opened the product should be toped with the same coverture olive oil that came in the jar. The pearls above the oil could be affected by oxidation.
TIPS: CIn order to make the best test possible, turn the jar once or twice before opening. Once opened the jar and pearls can observe and test.
